She works on my painful trigger points and they have improved. The massage is very relaxing. The space is very clean and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. She uses a heated pad on the massage table and always asks if the temperature is comfortable. Her pricing is very reasonable and allows me to go regularly even while on a tight budget. When I called, the receptionist got us scheduled within a couple of days and was knowledgeable about what therapist to place us with based on our massage preferences. When we arrived the office was clean and had a relaxing and calm atmosphere. Our appointments started at their scheduled time. Our massage therapists were knowledgable and friendly. They asked questions to better customize the massages and answered any questions we had. I had Karleen and was pleased with her pressure and technique. She offered a medium pressure with reflexology. My husband had Dieken who’s pressure was more intense and firm (my husbands preferences) and he provided great service. We would both recommend this office and these providers. Pricing is reasonable. We will be booking again soon!“

“I booked a deep tissue massage at Kneaded Tranquility on a whim based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled with Josh, and I honestly can’t sing his praises enough.
From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and professional. We spent a few minutes discussing what was bothering me and what I hoped to get out of the session. I mentioned that in past massages, I’ve struggled to get enough pressure, being a bigger girl, I need deeper work to really get into the muscles. Josh completely understood and delivered exactly what I needed.
At no point did I feel uncomfortable. The massage table was wider than usual, which made a big difference—it allowed me to fully relax without worrying about where to place my arms. Even the music was a pleasant surprise, not your typical spa playlist, but relaxing lofi beats that gave the room a calm, modern vibe. The space itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up.
After the massage, I was given a bottle of water to help stay hydrated, which was a nice touch. And honestly… the massage was mind-blowing. I was so relaxed I had to sit in my car for a few minutes before driving away.
I can’t recommend Kneaded Tranquility enough. I’ve already let Josh know I’ll absolutely be rebooking with him. If you’re considering it, just do it. You won’t regret it.“
