From setting up the appointment to ordering materials and then arriving on site to complete the project, the communication was 10/10 and I knew I was getting the best price for the job I needed. Had a railing installed out front of my home. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Stephanie went out of her way to ensure that we were fully informed every step of the way. I felt like she knew how many seconds before the shipping container holding the railing we ordered was going to arrive at the port and would have picked it up from the dock herself, scaling fences and cutting locks with bolt cutters if it was taking too long. They are very personable, and I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend Steph and Rob to friends and neighbors.
