Incredible experience! Ken is very knowledgeable and reliable. I dropped off my laptop for an upgrade on Sunday (yes, he was open on Sunday ?) and have it ready by the next day as he promised. Now, I have a computer that works excellent for a reasonable price. Thanks Ken!

Took my son’s PC here a few weeks ago. Kent was great. Very honest and went above and beyond replacing his motherboard. He cleaned everything out, updated all of the drivers and software, which was very much appreciated. He also gave me some advice on hard drive replacements. Would highly recommend!

The owner Ken is truly one of the most knowledgeable people I have met in the computer world thus far. Had to bring my computer after a power surge because of constant crashes and he broke down every step he would take to recover the PC and run all possible tests in each individual part just to make sure everything is working as it should be and so far it has run without no problems whatsoever. Definitely will come back if I have any other issues or want to upgrade my PC!
