When he left our home, he called five minutes later to tell us an interested buyer wanted to see our home in 10 minutes. Chris met the buyer at our house, walked him through and left. 25 minutes later we had an offer. Not days, not hours, MINUTES. And a very agreeable offer. We accepted. Between the offer and closing Chris frequently checked in with us to make sure all loose ends were being tied up. At closing, again, the process quick and easy. In an out in 15 minutes.
