Keystone HVAC Inc. provides excellent service. They installed a furnace that is still working well 20 years later. The company is responsive and polite. They handle their business in a top-notch way. Keystone HVAC Inc. also provides great experiences for their customers, as seen with their quick response to a heating system issue and their professional installation of a new furnace and hot water heater. Overall, Keystone HVAC Inc. is a reliable and trustworthy company.
I'm putting this review up here because I think these people deserve it. I have not had the pleasure to use their services personally. However, as an inchstacart delivery driver, I have had the pleasure of delivering to their home. Not only are they very responsive and polite But when I arrived to their home, there was a note on the door instructing me where to leave the bag. And to take a snack in the water the day I delivered their groceries. I was kinda hungry and I helped myself to a bottle of water, an airhead, and some 3 musketeers, so if they handle their business In any way, even close to the way they handle the people that were work for them. Called keystone because our heating systems pressure gauge was pinned,Hussain called right back and informed us not to drink the domestic water since it was most likely mixing with the water in the radiators. He came over the following day took all measurements and gave us our options for replacement. True to his word he and his crew were here in three days to completely rip out and install new furnace and indirect hot water heater.

I had 5 star experience overall from selecting the Heating and AC to installation. The entire process was stress free, on time and PERFECT. His 2 employees Dan and Munir were meticulous with their job. . They double checked everything, helped me fill my warranty online and also rebates for the equipment which i bought from them. Kudos to Hussain and keep up the good job. He treats his employees very well and they have a good sense of humor. I would have no qualms in recommending Keystone HVAC.
