I've had 3 visits so far. I have found Dr. Allen Conrad and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Conrad is attentive at each visit, addresses current pain points while sticking to the overall goal. He explains what he's doing and why, as well as answers any questions I have. This office takes my Blue Cross Independence Administrators insurance.
They are absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is extremely friendly and informative. The doctor is very reliable, friendly, easy to get along with, and most importantly he is very knowledgeable and very open/“up front” with all your questions and information. I love to ask questions and he never hesitates to answer them to the fullest with all the relevant information. They also are extremely transparent with insurance and can and will inform you of what is covered before your first appointment!!!
Overall I would highly recommend, they even offer included massages with an adjustment! Im glad I chose to come here rather than anywhere else.
This office is amazing. Dr. Conrad is a true specialist that cares about his patients and their recovery. Jen is outstanding and ensures that you are taken care of and fit into the schedule. The massage therapists are some of the best in the world. I wish I could give them more than five stars.
