I was very impressed with Alex and his team. They were in charge of templating our countertops. Because of some issues they needed to come out 3 times, never making me or my contractors feel bad. They came yesterday to install. There were a few issues that initially had me very nervous, but they addressed and fixed each thing with confidence and professionalism. All along the process, I appreciated Alex's timely communication. Chris the manager at the office was very helpful and exceedingly patient with me as he explained the final layout. Our washer died, so we decided to reconfigure our very small laundry room with a vertical LG washer/dryer combo. This allowed us to put in a 30” cabinet but we needed a countertop. Gothic Stone came to the rescue. Chris Gartner was great. No need to buy a big slab of granite or quartz, since they had a good selection of remnants. We picked our remnant and they delivered and installed the finished countertop in one week. Other estimates where twice as expensive and would have taken up to 8 weeks!
