I was very impressed with Alex and his team. They were in charge of templating our countertops. Because of some issues they needed to come out 3 times, never making me or my contractors feel bad. They came yesterday to install. There were a few issues that initially had me very nervous, but they addressed and fixed each thing with confidence and professionalism. All along the process, I appreciated Alex's timely communication. Chris the manager at the office was very helpful and exceedingly patient with me as he explained the final layout.
