Dr. Enwanyieze Ohanenye is a wonderful eye doc - she is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all your questions. She is willing to let you try any brand of contacts that you want (assuming they are appropriate for you) instead of just pushing whatever the preferred brand is. I wear 3 different contacts - one day disposibles, monthly disposibles, and colors and she updates the script for all of them after every exam.
If you need a contact lens exam I highly recommend you request Dr. Ohanenye when making the appointment.
Regarding the glasses store... the staff are friendly and the selection is good, but their prices for frames and lens seem really high even when using insurance. The glaseses I ordered seemed to take a long time to come in too.
On my last visit I compared their price on a pair of Ray Ban glasses (frames and lens) using insurance and it was actually higher than Costco's price for the exact same glasses without using my insurance. I also checked the price for replacement lens without insurance and America's Best was $167 whereas Costco was only $96 - exact same lens options (lined bi-focal, polarized, anti-scratch, etc.)

I had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Leah and Ketisa were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
Customer service like this really stands out, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to help me. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service!

M Made an appointment and confirmed that I had UHC. When I arrived, I was told this location couldn’t look up my insurance information and that I needed to go to a different location.
Good customer service would involve calling the other locations on the customer’s behalf, not instructing customers to go verify everything themselves.
I do not recommend this location based on how their customer service represents the company.
