The technician was absolutely great. The AI that is now control of scheduling making appointments dispatching is absolutely horrible. The AI canceled the appointment because the parts hadn't come in yet but I did have the parts that were mailed to me before the AI canceled. Then it rescheduled without asking when. I waited all day 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 2nd 2025...! They never called they never showed. The Sears AI no matter how many times I called or texted it said they were still on the way. So eventually I was able to reschedule for today December 9th 2025 where it was finally fixed. Only 18 days since I called. This is not an acceptable practice and... read full review

Round 2 with Bryan from Sears… after knowing that house address was correct he fixed the dryer in under an hour - he was very thorough and explained to me what was happening- thank you Bryan and hoping his day gets better as he was being routed everywhere for other service calls - happy Thanksgiving
