Butch is the mOst amazing HVAC man ever. If you want a man that truly understands what customer service is, this is your guy. Quoted the lowest of four proposals and installed a new furnace with an ac tune up for a very reasonable price and the timeliness was amazing. Called Monday, quoted Wednesday and installed Saturday so we could get our home on the market. This is customer service that is truly outstanding. Could not ask for better service and pricing. Will be sad to sell our home and no longer have a need for Butch.
