John Hanscom fixed our problem in 10 or 15 minutes, he was excellent! Showed up I a timely manner and now we have heat! I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Most incompetent people that have ever existed. I have a Goodman AC that is 2 years old and I have had them out to repair it 5 times in the last 5 months. It is the same thing each time. They just put more freon into it. Obviously there is something else wrong with it but they can't or won't fix it. They send the same repairman each time and he just shrugs his shoulders and says that he thinks he fixed it this time. I wouldn't trust any of them to try and organize a one car funeral. Oh, and they don't work on weekends. Please get someone else if you want to get anything done correctly. Total incompetence.

Good friendly service when A&P Furnace service personnel installed my new Goodman furnace and Air conditioning Units but then I got a Recall Notice from Goodman stating that the pan in Air conditioner unit was defective, and A&P Company would not send anyone to fix this issue.

The company sent someone to determine our furnace problem. Dan and Chuck came the next morning to install the new furnace as it was most cost effective. They were awesome! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Great service, fair price, this is the company to call if you're in need of repairs or installation.

I called at 9:00 a.m. and the repairman came out at 11:00 a.m. switched out the bad thermostat in less than 15 minutes I paid him and he was gone perfect service

A&P may want to consider a name change to A+ because that's the type of service you receive! A&P has installed and serviced my HVAC for over 20 years. Fair, honest, and reliable sums up what you can expect.Companies are only as good as their employees and this is another reason A&P excels. Their service tech John is just great.
