Kevin was extremely fast and efficient. Less than one hour and we were up and running. We were sitting in 65 and before he left we were at a comfortable 74. I appreciate how polite and fast he was. Also he explained exactly what was wrong, and preventative maintenance to avoid any future issue. Highly recommend him for any issue.

Kevin got back to us right away and managed to squeeze us in on Wednesday when we found water under our furnace. He was at the house within an hour and was very professional. He fixed the problem so we can get through the winter until we can replace the unit in the spring. His services were very reasonable. Highly recommend Dual Climates LLC!
