I've worked with dozens of different contractors and carpenters. Mark stands out. He knows how old houses go together, which is an exceedingly rare skillset, and will dedicate the time needed to make them right if you grant it (which I suggest you do). I would also suggest your architect defer to his judgement on old trim.I'll let the pictures say the rest.Thank you, Mark.

Mark did an outstanding job replacing an existing bathroom and building a new bathroom in our basement. Everything was done in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great craftmanship and reasonable price.
