Mark did a complete gut & renovation of an existing tiny but challenging bathroom plus other smaller projects. This was my 3rd such reno and by far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. He was reasonably priced and always fair when there was additional work. He’s a skilled craftsman who pays attention to detail which shows in the finish work. He and his small crew were professional, friendly and easy to work with. He is customer focused and a good communicator. He responds quickly, is respectful of your property and is neat. If he encounters an issue/problem, he consults with you before doing the work to ensure you are on board with how he will address it. I was very happy with the experience and the results. Mark & the team renovated a mud room floor for us with a complex pattern and some tile that needed quite a bit of extra care. They did a great job, stayed consistent on pricing, and took care of any concerns quickly. Good quality work and very responsive contractors, which aren’t easy to find. I've worked with dozens of different contractors and carpenters. Mark stands out. He knows how old houses go together, which is an exceedingly rare skillset, and will dedicate the time needed to make them right if you grant it (which I suggest you do).
