My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. Ryan P. Was prompt, professional and relatable. He wore booties in the house and made sure the work area was clean as he left. I’d work with Ryan again, any time. Zoom Drain did respond with same-day service. While I thought the bill was expensive, I found it in line with other “emergency “ services. I’d use them again.

The Tech was excellent. Jamir Stewart was his name. Explained everything, did what he said he would do, checked to make sure the drain was clear and cleaned up after. Very professional. The price was a killer but he was a star.
