Erica is so fantastic! I called her desperate to get a piercing looked at and potentially taken out. She explained honestly to me what she was willing to do, which was beyond my expectations, and told me I could come in immediately. When you walk in, the space is so clean and she is so warm and kind that you instantly feel like she's one of your girlfriends. Her professionalism is unmatched - she took a look at my piercing, gave me guidance on what needs to be done, and took it out for me. Any sort of piercing work I need in the future will definitely be done with Erica!

I have now gotten three tattoos done here and I'll keep going back. Ericka is amazing with her work. She also personalizes your experience. I was completely comfortable in every aspect. The last tattoo I had done was emotional, she understood to the fullest and made sure it was perfect! I'll be seeing Ericka again sooon!
