I have to say that this crew from Tru Basement Water proofing and Eddie had a professional work ethic and carried it through the entire job. They were very clean with the process as well as keeping us up to speed if any issues . We had an issue,but it was not with Tru Basements work. They have found out it was with my neighbors side of the wall leaking sewage from a major clog. With no questions asked they came back reopened that area at the wall cleaned it out made sure all was good with the work and the neighbors wall , then sealed it back properly and now my Basement is better then it ever has been before. No more mold,water, or sewer smell. We are overly pleased... read full review

One of the best outfits I’ve dealt with during my 40 years of being in the real estate business. Honest, hard-working and knowledgeable. They don’t try to upsell you like a lot of people in the business. They treat your property like it’s theirs. Honest pricing and a job well done. The real estate business would be easy if everyone was like them.

Eddie and his guys did an excellent job moving my sump pit to comply with code and updating my pump to the current century. He also offered several solutions to some of the other things I’d like to do around the basement and yard and was very easy to work with.
