I don’t know every electrician at Tom Edison, but I do knowTodd G. He Is experienced, he is knowledgeable, and most importantly satisfactory in Customer Service. I learned a lot by watching and talking to Todd and I can tell he is a pillar in this company. Tom Edison Electric Take care of good people like Todd G. People like him are hard to come by and in a day and age like this we need more people like him. Thank you, Todd and thank you Thomas Edison for coming out promptly.
Alex was incredibly thoughtful and informative, taking time to educate us and lay out multiple options before any work began. He never pressured us—just clear pros/cons so we could decide. He and his apprentice, Elijah, were engaging, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home—it honestly felt like family. The workmanship is excellent, they were punctual and courteous, and they left everything spotless. From start to finish, a quality experience. We’ll be calling Alex for all future electrical needs and recommend him without reservation.
