I give The College Butler 10 stars! Tim and his team are outstanding! This is the best moving company I have ever used and I recommend them highly. You will be in good hands and they treat you like family. They are professional, reliable and they care about their customers. I have used them several times over the years to move 2 of my college kids in and out of their dorms and the crews have always been friendly, helpful and organized. These guys are seriously the best. After my daughter arrived back home on the West Coast at the end of the school year, she informed me that she had packed up one of the green plastic storage bins to be shipped home instead of for summer storage as they are supposed to be used. I sent a panicked email to the College Butler team to see if there was any way they would be willing to transfer the contents of the plastic bin to a box or two and ship them to us. Tim responded right away and put my mind at ease. As a parent living across the coast from where our daughter attends college, I highly recommend The College Butler. We had no idea what to expect for the freshman year move-out and sophomore year move-in by herself, and both moves were seamless with The College Butler’s help. The College Butler alleviated so much stress; their customer service is phenomenal! Tim and his team were extremely accommodating and promptly replied to last-minute questions and scheduling requests. Go for the College Butler!
