I had a new build and Ray and his crew came out to do all the plumbing from start to finish and did an amazing job! Always discussed options, never felt like they were trying upsell and in fact thought they were trying to save me money when possible. Crew was friendly and communicative. Annamaria who scheduled everything was always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!!!!

For the 2nd year in a row, we have enjoyed a Christmas miracle - a plumbing emergency on the holiday's eve that Ray Ross Plumbing & Heating has responded to in a timely and complete fashion. From the answering service to the scheduler to the field tech, everyone was courteous, thorough, and professional. This is what a successful service business looks like.

Ray Ross was able to come out to replace our leaking propane water heater quickly and did a great job! He explained everything and was very knowledgeable on top of being a really nice guy. The office staff I spoke to were excellent as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future next time we have any plumbing needs!
