“Dr. Puschak is unbelievable. So patient and kind. Never acts annoyed or makes me feel bad when I have questions and explains things clearly. She truly seems to care as deeply for my pet as I do.
I also have to mention Kathie Bernstiel, at the front desk. She is so sweet and always a pleasure to deal with while we wait our turn.”
“Tina is amazing! We were referred to her by a neighbor and friend who had wonderful results with their puppy.
Not only is she a kind person and easy to work with, but she is also great at what she does. We felt completely comfortable leaving our puppy with her. She provided so much guidance and so many updates that we really felt a part of the process. Our puppy progressed SO MUCH in her time with Tina. We are looking forward to continuing to use her to further add to our puppies training. We can't say enough good things! Thank you, Tina!”
“Top Tails took excellent care of my two sphynx cats, PIMMEE and Billie-Jean, while I was away. I received daily photos and updates that honestly made my day, and communication was always quick and responsive.
When I returned home, the place was spotless and the cats were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. Their routine was followed closely — treats, wet food, and even oral medication were given without issue.
Most importantly, I could tell PIMMEE and Billie received real attention and first-class care. I would absolutely trust Top Tails with them again.”
