I just completed a Loan process with Rachel. She reached out to me early (before the office was open) which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process she clearly explained every step, gave me time to pause for questions, and double checked sensitive information. I was really nervous about the process, but Rachel matched my energy in a great way--keeping me calm and smiling through several calls and even a little oopsie on my part. She was able to pivot and come up with an agreement that helped me get the most out of my loan. I highly recommend working with this company, and Rachel if you can!
The process was easy and Tiffany was able to help me on New Years Eve and closed the deal the day after New Years. The office associates are all friendly and willing to help but Tiffany is the best. I would definitely recommend giving them a call and having a conversation if you need help that most banks won't provide.
So, let me tell you all about this team called Lucas and Justin plus the two ladies that helped me 99 times get my password together and how professional and awesome they all are,Lucas and Justin were phenomenal. I will only come to this branch they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope they all get a raise how they help people fix their lives. Love M.
