Very helpful and friendly as well as pleasant. The staff at the branch was amazing, helpful, pleasant, friendly. Rachel and the young man who worked with me were above par and the Branch Manager was a gem. Thank you to the staff, to Rachel, and to the young man(not sure his name, sorry but I would like to) everyone was great.
Ms Rachael was very pleasant, upfront and honest with all the mile steps we went though to finalize my loan. By the way it was nice that Rachael was trying her best to make it happen. Thank you so much.
Rachael tried to make application process as smooth as possible. Be prepared to carve out sometime to get documents and application completed on site. Office is clean and all employees professional and greeted me and my mom when in the office. We hope to visit again for a future loan qualification:)
