Can't ever get through to anyone! I had an appointment at 2 they sent a text to confirm app and I accidentally hit the automatic no and it got canceled I called right away to them, the call center lady said she couldn't do anything because it was already canceled and can't be seen today I said how is that possible? It's my spot it's still available because it just happened and was already available for me at 2 and it just happened then she tried to contact them OF COURSE NO ANSWER!!!!! NO CALL BACK AND CANT EVEN GET APPOINTMENTS TIL MONTHS AWAY! I HAVE PAIN IN MY TOOTH THAT NEEDED TO BE DEALT WTH TODAY! CANT DO THE WALK IN BECAUSE MY DENTIST ISNT... read full review
This office called me to give me feedback on my daughter blood work. I asked for specific details and got told they can’t disclose that. I asked if they had a patient portal they said yes. I created it and there’s no information in there. No test results, no upcoming appointments, nothing. This is rediculous. And getting a hold of someone that’s willing to help is not as easy as well
It's alright, I have bad eyesight yet they bullshited through it and gave me 50/50 vision I mean I'm not complaining but they should do it accurately. Seems like they rush just to try to get you out asap
