One word - Professional. KHR is one of the most professional experienced I dealt with. The knowledge of the job and the meticulous level of detail sets them apart from other contractors. Brendan installed a double front door. He showed up on time in 10 degree weather and before he got started did everything to insure the property was protected before work was done. He even came back for a second day to get the gaps perfectly aligned. Most contractors would come in and out and deal with the aftermath of any issues. Brendan did an awesome job on replacing an exterior door. He had clear communication, fair pricing, and great attention to the details for proper water management, air sealing, etc. The day after the install was finished he even came back because he realized the door didn’t have corner seals.

I’ve had a hard time trusting home remodeling companies in the past, but these guys proved me wrong. Showed up when they said they would, worked hard and did the siding right. No BS no runaround just honest work and solid results. The place looks great, and I’d trust them again without hesitation.
