Brendan installed a double front door. He showed up on time in 10 degree weather and before he got started did everything to insure the property was protected before work was done. He even came back for a second day to get the gaps perfectly aligned. Most contractors would come in and out and deal with the aftermath of any issues. Brendan took an extra day to prevent any issues from happening in the future, like wood expanding where the door wouldn't close properly. Highly recommended and worth the price of the expertise.“

Our insurance recommended them to take care of repairs after a pipe burst, causing extensive damage to the main floor—ceilings, walls, and floor. Despite being very busy, they slotted us in as soon as they were able and were here most weekdays for months working diligently to get our home back in shape. Joe was always friendly, didn’t mind all our questions, and showed saintlike patience and understanding as we navigated the process with our insurance company.

The crew is always polite, meticulously clean, and does beautiful, thorough work even to my untrained eye. They installed vinyl flooring and practically rebuilt a room from scratch, including drywall installation and painting. They have gone above and beyond several times, such as helping us move heavy furniture out of rooms so they could paint. The only negatives I could scrounge up would be occasional last-minute rescheduling and communication snafus, but alas, they’re only human.

While PenVal may not be the cheapest out there, you can be confident that you’re getting an exceptional team and a superb standard of workmanship, and that’s hard to find. “Keystone exterior put up insulated siding on our home back in 2018. The crew that installed it, we’re very professional did a great job and in two days it was done. There was no loose nails hanging around or any trash or anything. It was all cleaned up since then our house has been very quiet from wind and noise outside and in the summertime with it being insulated. Without running so much of the air conditioning. Since that time three weeks ago, I had to call Ron from Keystone to come up due to the wind that we had was so bad it pulled one section up. They came out, corrected the issue and looked around the house for any other potential problems, which there was none. Definitely with higher Keystone again and tell others about them due to doing such quality work quick but professional. Thank you, Keystone exterior solutions“
