“THERE IS A REASON THIS GROOMER HAS 5 STARS. I cannot say enough nice things about Mike and Mallory. I have a Shiba Inu who gets extremely anxious during trips to the vet and the groomer. Mike and Mallory have worked with me and my boy over the last two years to get him more comfortable with his nails being trimmed. Starting at the beginning of this year I have been taking him in more frequently. We found that he needed to be medicated to have a better experience and I never would’ve known that was an option if not for Mike and Mallory. They’re extremely patient with him (and me) and work at his pace. Every time I see my dog on the table it makes me a bit nervous because I know he can get snippy when he’s anxious. Every time they’re finished with his nails I feel so relieved that I could cry. Not only does the experience go above and beyond but their willingness to squeeze us in is something I’m so grateful for. I work banking hours so it’s difficult to get my dog in to get groomed. He had a vet appointment one morning and had already taken his pre medication so I called and Mallory told me just to bring him over when he was done with his vaccines. I’m so thankful for Mike and Mallory and their expertise, professionalism, patience, and personal touch. They love each pet that comes through like their own and it shows in their work. I cannot say THANK YOU enough.“
