Both Jim & Scott are extraordinarily knowledgeable, being backed by years of industry experience themselves before being lenders. As a client of theirs not only do I get advice and mentorship on things that I may be a bit weak on, but my lender genuinely has my back in ensuring we’re all making smart investments. The lending process with Jim & Scott is incredibly simple and they work WITH you rather than against you. They work cohesively alongside different title companies and agents.
