I could have easily drifted faraway in meditation but my mind and soul continually came back to the energy, sensation, and every element of my actual physical self. The place is soothing and relaxing as soon as walk through the door. The decor is beautiful, natural, the air fragrant and it welcomes you to just let go. The staff makes Disney look like a prison.
