I went here for the first time today for a blowout, and Olivia did a fantastic job. She was incredibly kind, and my hair looked amazing.
While waiting in the lobby for the person I came with to finish their service, I witnessed one of Charlie’s clients treating the front desk employee extremely poorly. What was especially upsetting was that the front desk employee remained nothing but kind and professional throughout the interaction.
Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. After the service, I overheard Charlie herself speaking to the front desk staff in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. Seeing a stylist speak that way to her own coworkers...read full review
