The salt cave is very relaxing and helps clear my sinuses and lungs. Which results in better sleep as well. Today I tried the reflexology, it was amazing. Walked out feeling so much better. The staff is friendly and helpful making it a great experience.
Salt therapy is so incredible for respiratory health, skin, and relaxation and I consider myself so fortunate to live within 45 min of this space so that I can enjoy this modality! I do salt therapy here 1-2x per year but would come more frequently if I lived closer. I live in Philadelphia and just can’t believe Philly doesn’t have salt therapy in their arsenal of sauna, cryo, fitness, and other spas and self care services. So glad this space is in my parents’ hometown. It’s such a great therapy. I always feel like I can breathe better after a session. Would love to try one of their combined services like salt and massage or salt and facial. The little shop area... read full review
I love coming to the Salt Cave in Newtown! The staff is so warm and calming and provides consistent natural healing. The environment is a beautiful, tranquil oasis that I always feel so much benefit from!
