The space is aesthetically pleasing and always spotless, with a welcoming and supportive environment. Staff are always super friendly, sweet, welcoming, kind, and helpful. Favorite therapies include the cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, sauna, and the Ammortal Chamber. The stretch packages are the BEST for sore, tight, and stiff muscles, leaving clients feeling lighter, looser, and brand new. Each room has Alexa for a personal vibe, and the shower, cute robes, slippers, and tote bag make everything feel luxurious and intentional. Affordable packages fit any budget. This place is AWESOME, great for recovery, and highly recommended.
I come here regularly and use the cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, sauna, and Hyperice every single time. It’s my go-to reset for both my body and mind.
I also get stretch packages with Jake and I truly can’t recommend him enough. His stretches are the BEST for sore, tight, and stiff muscles. You leave feeling lighter, looser, and brand new every time.
The front desk ladies are always so sweet, welcoming, and kind, which makes the experience even better. The space itself is so aesthetically pleasing and always spotless. You can tell they really care about the environment.

Their Ammortal Chamber and their Red Light Therapy Bed are my two favorite therapies to do! I also love that they have affordable packages to fit any budget and that their staff is always very friendly and helpful!
Awsome atmosphere with great costumer service. This nice lady greeted me with kindness at the front desk. I think her name was Sydney. I did the cryotherapy and sauna and I felt amazing afterwards. Would definitely recommend!
