Kristin was professional and and friendly from the time I walked in the door until I left. This was a very relaxing massage and you know it's good when you have to be careful of how fast you get up because you are so relaxed.

It was my first visit and I'm so happy I found this place! I like a choppy layered look with side bangs and Robert nailed it. I don't use product in my hair and Robert gave me the most volumous hair I've ever had (without using product!) Robert's energy is fantastic and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. The place is clean, bright, and modern. Very comfortable. Everyone is friendly and down to earth.

Tatyana was amazing with my seven year old daughter! She did great making her feel comfortable and included with conversation. Beautiful cut with textured, even layers and my daughter left happy, with a great experience. Highly recommend Tatyana.

I came in hoping for a personalized, supportive facial experience — especially since I’ve dealt with PCOS, which affects my skin in specific ways. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely dismissed and pressured.
I shared upfront that I was more concerned about aging prevention and fine lines than my acne, but I was continuously pushed toward a $700 acne program, even after saying I wasn’t interested. I was also told not to worry about aging “because I’m only 29,” which felt patronizing — especially considering that this is exactly the age skincare prevention starts to matter.
When I asked if she had experience working with PCOS clients, I was brushed off with a vague, “I’m sure I’ve had some.” That kind of dismissiveness toward a chronic hormonal condition didn’t sit right with me.
It didn’t feel like a nurturing or informed experience. It felt like a sales pitch — one that ignored my priorities, my health concerns, and my voice.
This may work for others, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking thoughtful, individualized care — especially if you’re dealing with PCOS or early anti-aging needs.
