Beyond Nails

I went in recently to get a gel pedicure. I had been here before and had a good experience. My most recent visit, however, wasn't as a great as before. The nail tech consistently tried to up-sell me on spa pedicure packages and a "calming scent" that would be added to the water (only for $10!). I told her a few times that I just wanted a regular gel pedi, but she continued to ask if I wanted to upgrade. She also cut my toe while trimming my nails, which was painful, and still is. I don't know if I will try this salon again or recommend it to others.Service: Pedicure

We had an appointment arrived on time, and nails were immediately on us , like two people trying to get you to go with them, very pushy about getting gel nails, even after I said no thank you twice she still brought over tools for gel. Nails are straight on one hand and crooked on the other, parts of my nail not painted, never asked me to wash hands, I have nail dust stuck in my polish.

I was really hoping to like this place. Super convenient location, well lit and lots of availability.My nail tech (Amy) had a bad attitude and was rude. I had an appt for a 10 minute polish change and she was aggrieved the entire time. She kept talking about me thinking I couldn't understand her.Unfortunate because I would have loved to come back.
