The Western rep came on time, was friendly but efficient. He explained what he planned to do and did the job. I could see by the spray marks along the outside walls that he was very thorough and exacting. Ants are almost completely gone in just a day or two. Thanks for the great service.
I came home from work, and there was a basketball size hive underneath the overhang by the master bedroom windows. Within the past year I was diagnosed to be allergic to yellow jackets. Western came out within hours and removed the hive. Excellent service, cannot say enough about the expedited response.
We have been a client of Western Pest Services since about 2010. Always the best service and we feel really taken care of. We also have had the same technician which is a nice bonus. He knows us and knows the house and where the problem spots tend to be. Mark is so great! (We joined in their annual plan a long time ago so they just come every four months which is usually perfect timing.)
