My friends and I went to Himalayan Salt & Wellness today for my friends birthday and we had a nice time.The location is in a small strip mall in Newtown Pa, nestled in the rear. A straight ride down West Chester Pike in Delco Pa.Very beautiful and clean establishment. The staff who helped us, Anita was very pleasant. As someone who running late (lol) I was well received and we were escorted into the salt cave shortly after with no hesitation. As someone who has never had this type of experience before, I truly enjoyed it. The cave's floor is salt, feels great on your feet (we all wear socks, pink of course). The chairs put you in the mind of beach chairs that recline. There is soothing music playing throughout and there is a nice clean scent (maybe eucalyptus) throughout as well.The walls inside the cave looks like brick, but it's in fact salt, it very beautiful. There were about 8 chairs inside our room, but it was 3 of us, which was nice and intimate.Our session was $29 for 45 minutes, not bad in todays climate with price hiking. I had no idea Himalayan Salt had so many Healy benefits, like improvement with asthma, diabetes, arthritis, skin issues, etc. there were so many Anita mentioned to us. It definitely peaked my interest to do my own research to retain this information.Our session consisted of taking everything in, the smells and the beautiful ceiling which looked like a sky at night, dark with plenty stars We were all able to relax in the space and meditate, which was nice. If you are looking for a new experience, a get away that's also close to home to unwind and release the tension of the day, please visit. I will be back, as I am a big fan of massages and they offer them here. If you are thinking about going, go. You won't regret the experience.

I had the best experience ever! The atmosphere, aroma and experience is out of this world. If you are looking to find a peace of mind the salt cave is the perfect spot! I plan to return atleast once a month. The benefits are also great! Thank you guys so much!

Kayla is an excellent Massage Therapist. Very attentive to the needs of the client and very skilled in her use of techniques to relieve muscle tension and to relax tendons. The Himalayan Salt Cave is a wonderful facility as well. Very calming and soothing environment which is supportive of healing. Highly recommended.
