Guerrera and Sons were recommended to me by a close friend. My own research had led me to want a Kohler unit for our whole house generator. I scheduled a visit that turned out to right after we received 28 inches of snow. Sal confirmed the appointment and showed up as scheduled. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Anthony provided a completed permit form for my township and needed additional documents, making the process simple for me. We looked for quite a while to find one company that would service both Kohler and Generac whole house generators. Communications with Stephanie, from the office, was very good and she was very responsive. The technician, Michael, was very nice and went over basic operations of the generator and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
I was in the market for a whole house generator and narrowed down to a Kohler and another brand. Guerrero & Sons is their local installer and Sal came out, examined my house and discussed my needs and gave me a quote within a day.
Domenic, Ben, Roland and Jacob did a great job with the installation process which involved both gas and electric hook ups. Everything was tested and they did a thorough job cleaning up.
While I hope I won’t need this generator much in the future, PECO just informed me that they are doing tree work tomorrow and “may” shut off power for several hours. Getting an early test that’s for sure!
