in Newtown Square. We could not have had a better experience honoring and transitioning our beloved father. From the moment we contacted Donohue Funeral Home to the afternoon of the interment, everything was caring, supportive and perfectly completed. We cannot say enough about our experience with Donohue Funeral Home, especially Danny. He was incredibly supportive of my mom’s wishes and plans during one of the most difficult times. This loss fell just five days before Christmas, yet Danny was flexible with the timing of the services and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Dan was always timely in responding to our questions, consistently empathetic, and thorough with every detail. Matt and his team at Donohue were amazing from the first rainy Sunday night they came to pick up my dad, all through until the end of his service. Their level of compassion, patience, and service were fantastic. They guided my mom and I through the entire process, helping us make those tough decisions much easier. The personalized guest book was such a sweet surprise and brought more tears to our eyes. Thank you Matt and the entire Donohue team for making my dad’s celebration of life exactly what we wanted and what he deserved.
