My experience with your company has been overwhelmingly negative, to the point where I’m genuinely unsure how you continue operating in good faith. The pattern of misleading “benefits,” questionable claim denials, and the burden placed on customers to fight for coverage they should already have is unacceptable. It feels less like an insurance provider and more like an obstacle course designed to wear people down until they give up or pay money they do not actually owe. No skills in manufacturing prescription eyeglasses. They get it wrong every time and blame everyone but themselves. I can see why quality opticians do not work with them. The Dollar Tree of optical technicians.

I don't know why it says San Francisco, Ca. I'm in York, Pa. My optometrist sent my spare glasses to the Davis lab to have new lenses made under warranty. This was 5 weeks ago, so I called the optometrist to find out what was going on. They put me on hold and called Davis. Davis proceeds to tell them they lost my glasses , but never bothered to call and tell anyone. Davis is the biggest PIECE OF SHIT for a lab I have ever seen!!!!!
