Zimmerman's made my home construction process very easy and professional. Working with Lee and Rick was great. Any post construction glitzes were handled quickly by Rick and Gary. I would recommend anyone to work with Zimmerman Homes.

We could not be more pleased with Zimmerman Homes and the work they have done for us. In 2018, they built us our custom dream home, working with us to tweak the plans and making suggestions along the way. Lee, Rick, Gary, and the entire team communicated with us through the whole process, and made sure we were happy with every detail. Our project was finished on time and under budget. We have since had Zimmerman come back to finish our basement playroom space, and most recently to build a large outdoor living space attached to our home. Building a new home is the largest investment most people will make in their lifetime and Zimmerman Homes delivers the best quality and service in the market. I appreciated the timely communication and excellent working relationship with Lee Martin and the project team throughout each phase of the design and construction of my custom home. The quality of materials and the workmanship in the build were outstanding and I can proudly say that I have the best looking home in the neighborhood! And they finished on time and under budget!!!
