Dr. Radcliffe is very good. He explains everything, gives options and costs for treatments and let's you decide what you want done. All staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant experience here. We found a kitten in the woods and once we nursed it to health and it was 6 weeks old they gave him the once over. I mean the exam. But we are very happy with our experience. I would recommend it to others

I took my beagle to New Oxford Veterinary Clinic for her annual examination and vaccinations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and were led to an examination room in a timely manner. A kind and attentive nurse took my concerns and medical history, paying particular attention to a couple of benign bumps on my.dog's skin. Dr. Radcliff then reviewed the notes and thoroughly examined my dog, recommending a blood test for heartworm, which returned negative, much to my relief. He suggested regular ivermectin (Heartguard) chews as a preventive measure and offered me the option to purchase them from the clinic or a mail-order provider. I was impressed by the clinic's professionalism and personable approach, and the bill was significantly lower than my previous vet. I highly recommend New Oxford Veterinary Clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their pet.

We started going to NOVC when we moved to the area almost 10 years ago. I've never had a vet and staff that were more caring than here. They do their best to accommodate my personal schedule when I call in to make an appointment. They treat my pets as if they were their own. I trust their judgement completely. If one of my pets is having an issue and I make multiple calls because of questions that arise after my visit they are understanding and never make me feel like I'm calling too much or bothering them. One of my dogs had a major illness that was rare and Dr. Rob was excellent in helping us go through the process of making our dog comfortable and managing the illness. We were there quite a lot at that time and I'm so glad we had him to help us get through the unknown. If you want someone to care for your pet with compassion and care then this is the place.
