It’s taken me a while to get to this review but I absolutely had to share the wonderful experience I had with Pro Packers. They absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Charles and Adam completed a long distance move and two local trips over the course of 2 days. It was a very difficult job, but they GOT IT DONE!! I cannot imagine how we could have done it without their outstanding service. Thank you sooooo very much!!☮️💟

They went above and beyond to make sure my Mother and her stuff all got moved in. There was plenty of stuff that went wrong that day but the movers were not one of them. The definition of “the customer comes first” if you need movers these are your guys!!!!!
We moved my daughter from Cleveland, OH to Indiana, PA to go back to school. The movers on the Cleavland side didn't show up at all. We were 2 hours behind meeting with the boys from Pro-Packers. They understood and waited for us to show up. They had her moved into her new apartment in 45 minutes and didn't break a single item. I was pleased and impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would definitely use them again given the opportunity.
