I had a pretty nice experience it was my first eye exam and everyone was very kind and helpful. Dr Smay was quick and efficient. That being said he definitely wasn't the most welcoming, but he helped me and I got what I needed! I'd recommend

Trisha is probably the best Worker you’ve ever had. She’s been there for so long and has so much Knowledge. She’s always so kind and patient with my children. She’s literally the only reason why I go there. Congratulations for having such a phenomenal work

this place is amazing they do amazing work very kind very helpful and very caring you don't get that. but this eye store does care you feel special would go in and you feel special when you go out and the woman worked with me her name was Trisha she is so sweet very kind very respectful and very very easy to talk to it's like talking to an old friend. My eye doctor's in New Kensington is an amazing place they don't rush you. They are very interested in helpful in what you want and what you need and that is very important to me she would amazing and thank you so much sweetheart God bless you ???
