UP was an excellent place with good Doctors! WAS now with all the original Doctors retired, the place is a joke. Dr. Heino is the worse. He does not care about people. PERIOD. If you go to UP, don't pick this guy, you will be very disappointed. Pick any Doctor but him!!!

They took excellent care of me when I had COVID and made sure to prescribe as many meds as possible to make sure I wasn't miserable the whole time I was sick. They answered all questions and didn't rush me out of the door or undermine my concerns.
