I came here to get my hair done by Maite, and she was absolutely amazing. She did a beautiful job on my foils, was professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the atmosphere created by three other Kacey, Kaci, and Brooklyn completely took away from it. The constant loud swearing, disrespectful behavior, and overall unprofessionalism were incredibly distracting the entire appointment. I understand wanting to have fun at work, but there’s a difference between being friendly and making clients uncomfortable.
