I'd been counting down to this massage, and it did not let me down. Came in tense, and tight — left without a single one of those problems. The headache add-on is genuinely worth every penny, don't skip it. My therapist was attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, and the space itself had such a calming vibe. I called to book and the woman on the phone was warm and helpful right from the start. Gave myself this as a birthday treat and it was the best decision I made all week.

Before we even started, she took the time to ask about any issues I was having, which made the session feel very personalized. She worked through a lot of tight, “crunchy” areas with care and attention—you can tell she really puts effort into her work. It wasn’t rushed at all; she focused exactly where it was needed most.
I left feeling so much better and am already looking forward to my next session (hopefully with fewer problem areas next time!). Highly recommend.
Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever gotten hands down!! Tavia was soo sweet and comforting from the first moment I walked in the door! I will definitely be back, can’t recommend this place enough!!?. Tavia even gave me a bottle of water afterwards too, which I thought was a really sweet touch!
