New Hope Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is a great practice with a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable team. The staff is nice, the office is clean, and service is timely and efficient. The physical therapists are truly wonderful, with an encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and function. They provide really good programs for recovery, explain things clearly, and answer all questions. Patients are seen and cared for as individuals, not just another number. The team helps with a wide variety of injuries, making a huge difference in recovery. Many patients strongly recommend this practice.
I had numbness in my right shoulder and hip from my bad uneven standing habits and wearing a backpack on only one side when I was younger. Bill helped me to strengthen those areas and now I do weight training with no issues. The team here really helped to get my body back into balance. Highly recommend.
I have had 2 knee replacements and spinal stenosis in L4 and L5. Bill has helped me through 2 surgeries and 2 injuries. With addition of Jill, another wonderful therapist, the team is perfect. It is a wonderful quiet atmosphere. The front desk is friendly and helpful and I find the patients support each other. Bill and Jill are experienced, informative and understanding. It is a great atmosphere for being on the mend.
