When I first reached out to Austin and his family’s business, my intention was simply to gather ideas and pricing for a few small projects to upgrade my home. I wanted to explore ways to make some improvements without committing to major renovations.
As I gave Austin a tour of the property, he offered practical and creative suggestions to enhance the space. Among his recommendations were improving the lighting, installing laminate flooring, and making better use of the view of the woods behind my house. He proposed “opening up” the deck by removing some of the beams and cross boards that were obstructing the view. This approach would seamlessly integrate the natural beauty of the woods into my living space, adding to the overall charm of the home.

It was a pleasure having Austin & Ryan work on our house. They did a variety of projects - James Hardie siding on the house, tear down the old deck & build new one & install a faux beam inside the house. Everything is beautiful, they cleaned as they worked & were fun men to spend time with.

Over the years, we have grown to trust CLI with our lawn care and also a large deck project that we are still enjoying very much. Jared is great to work with, listens to our needs and wants, and executes as agreed upon. His crew has also completed several landscaping jobs and are lovely to work with. While they no longer have the CSA it was also a great part of the business and greatly missed.
