“I rarely write reviews but this company is worth the giving a solid thumbs up! We had a 20 year old water softener that needs replacing. I called 7 or 8 companies and clean water solutions is the only company that is responsive with all my inquiries on specifications of the systems. The job was done well with no mess left behind. We have the softener working for 2 weeks now. It has no problem and the water feels great in the shower. I highly appreciate their transparency and attentiveness, which is lacking in a lot of the business. Plus, their price is unbeatable for the value you get. “I was with Amerigas for many many years we were outstanding customers. Until they decided to outsource calls to other Countries and Double charge me due to they said my coupon was not entered before Delivery! I am a. automatic delivery customer. So long story short I paid the bill that was Doubled and then they were to install a gage that they never did called twice about that could not get through, got through they could not understand my concern so that is when a friend recommended Blackhorse, Parkesburg PA. First call talked to Sandy, breath of fresh air, a 10 all around. They have meant all my concerns. It’s very sad that all these other Companies don’t care about the people here and outsource to other countries who don’t understand us and we give jobs to others instead of our own Country.
