I rarely write reviews but this company is worth the giving a solid thumbs up! We had a 20 year old water softener that needs replacing. I called 7 or 8 companies and clean water solutions is the only company that is responsive with all my inquiries on specifications of the systems. The job was done well with no mess left behind. We have the softener working for 2 weeks now. It has no problem and the water feels great in the shower. I highly appreciate their transparency and attentiveness, which is lacking in a lot of the business. Plus, their price is unbeatable for the value you get. I will come back to them for future services and recommend them to my friends and neighbors....read full review

We had looked at several local water solutions companies in Lancaster County and a friend mentioned Clean Water Solutions. After speaking with Rantz, the owner, I felt that he understood our needs and concerns and we decided to go with Clean Water Solutions. That was a great decision! It has been almost 3 years and our system is working great. I have had questions over the years regarding best salt, or how to use certain features and Rantz has always walked me through any questions or concerns. Great company and good people. I highly recommend Clean Water Solutions .

very knowledgeable, highly recommend this company, Knew what the issue was with my water softener immediately. The company that installed my system knew nothing and wanted to sell me a new valve which would have NOT corrected my problem. I am so happy with my service!
