I scheduled a day for Rantz from Clean Water Solutions to come over and give me a quote for a new water softener. The first thing I really appreciated is that he took a look at the old water softener to see if he could fix the problem. He didn't just come in a try to sell me a new product. As I suspected the the old softener couldn't be fixed so he took the time to talk to me about our home situation and which softener would be best for my current family. I am extremely satisfied with Rantz’ service and level of honesty. I have a water softener in the house that was installed few years before I bought the house. It used to regenerate every few days and I thought something was off with it. I have previously called two other companies to get it checked out, but they wanted to just sell me a new unit. I called Rantz and he mentioned that my model is a dependable one and wouldn’t go bad this early. He came over to service the unit and adjusted the settings based on some calculations.
