I requested a quote for plumbing services and had a gentleman from the service department come to my home for an estimate. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. He arrived extremely underdressed for a professional service call and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke to the point where the odor lingered after he left.
He briefly looked around, mentioned he forgot his business cards, and told me I would receive a quote by Friday that week. After nearly two weeks passed with no communication, I followed up myself. During the call, he did not remember who I was, and even after I gave him my full name, he referenced the wrong house and street.
He then gave several excuses as to why the quote still was not completed and repeatedly said he would “try” to get it done before going away. When I asked if someone else in the company could assist me, he said no. At that point, I decided to move on and contact another company.
Overall, the experience felt very unorganized and unprofessional, which left me uncertain about the quality and reliability of the work that would be performed. To put it into perspective, the other company I contacted was able to come out and provide me with a quote the very next morning.

New system, developed coil leak with ice on the coils. I turned the unit off defrosted and service arrived and patched leak until new coil installed. I recommend getting the additional warranty with ANY MANUFACTURER for peace of mind and wallet! Thanks Witmer for your service and recommendations!

Had Josh out today to service our oil boiler for our baseboard heat. He did a great job servicing our system to get it up and going for winter. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Really great first experience working with this company. Definitely recommend and will work with them again in the future.
